     PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

     HyPer C181 resin with a hyperbranched chemical structure owns excellent properties, such as high molecular weight, volatile-free and good compatibility with most of plastics. HyPer C181 resin can effectively improve the stripping performance, flowability and lubrication performance, avoiding “Shark skin and floating fiber phenomena.

 

      BASIC PROPERTIES

Solid powder, the density of 1.3g/cm3,the melting range of 140-160℃.

 

FEATURES & BENIFITS

(1) HyPer C181 has good thermal stability and low volatility, good mold release performance;

(2) HyPer C181 can increase the dispersion of the filler or fiberglass in the nylon system, to improve the filling capacity and reduce costs;

(3) HyPer C181 will not be separated from thermoplastic processing, which will improve the flow performance in the process of processing, and the melting index will be multiplied, which will not affect the property of the product;

(4) HyPer C181 can effective suppression of high filler material "shark skin" phenomenon, improve product surface gloss and product quality;

(5) To reduce the processing temperature and current, energy saving.

Adding 0.3% HyPer C181 can increase remarkably MFI of Nylon-6/GF composites of about 2 times, and add 0.7% HyPer C181 can increase MFI about 3 times, while other properties change a little. It shows that HyPer C181 can effectively improve the fluidity of the nylon process, and the melt index is multiplied.
